NTPC Scholarships are part of NTPC Limited’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). These scholarships are designed to provide financial assistance to students pursuing higher education in various disciplines, especially those coming from marginalized communities.
Eligibility Criteria for NTPC Scholarships
- Applicable for: Students from 2nd year till the last year of the course
- Eligible Courses & Institutes:
- B.E./B.Tech students from:
- IITs (Indian Institute of Technology)
- NITs (National Institute of Technology)
- BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science)
- B.E./B.Tech students from:
- Scholarship Restriction:
- Only one scholarship can be applied per candidate
- Candidates receiving financial aid from other scholarships are not eligible
- If applied despite ineligibility, the application will be rejected
Age Limit
- Below 40 years
Scholarship Categories
- SC/ST/PWD candidates only
Documents Required
- Less than ₹1 lakh per year (Income proof issued by Tehsildar, Block, or Notary Public)
- States/UTs: Rajasthan, Delhi, J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab
