Eligibility Criteria for Indian Oil Academic Scholarship 2025

• General Requirement
  • Only full-time/regular students (not correspondence/distance/online) studying in recognized institutions (MCI, AICTE, State Boards, ICSE, ISC, CBSE, etc.) are eligible.
• 10+/ITI:
  • 10+: Students in 11th standard or 1st year of Intermediate (2024-25) are eligible.
  • ITI: Students in 1st year of a 2-year ITI course (2024-25) are eligible.
• Engineering & MBBS:
  • Students in the first year of a minimum 4-year Engineering/MBBS degree course (2024-25) are eligible.
• MBA:
  • Students in the first year of a minimum 2-year MBA/Management course (2024-25) are eligible.

Selection Criteria

• Based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam used for admission to the first year of the respective course.
• Minimum eligibility percentage varies by category (as per the given table).
• Aggregate marks of all subjects will be considered.
• For graduates, total aggregate marks across all academic years will be calculated.

Normalization

• Percentile method will be used to standardize marks across different education boards and universities.

Documents Required

1. Mandatory Submission – Applicants must submit required documents along with a signed printout of the Registered Online Application Form for verification.
2. Document Details – The list of required documents is available under the “Submission of Documents by Applicants” section on the official website and at the bottom of the printed application form.
3. Accuracy Check – If any information in the online application is found incorrect or does not match the submitted documents, the application will be rejected without correspondence.
4. Legal Action – IOCL may take legal action against applicants or their guardians (if the applicant is a minor) for providing false, misleading, or tampered documents.
5. Submission Method – Documents must be sent in a sealed cover via Speed Post or Registered Post only to the following address: Sify Technologies Limited

2. Step: After registration and form completion, a registration number is generated for future reference.
